Red tube (Coagulation activator tube)

The coagulation activator tube is used in collecting blood for biochemistry and immunology in medical examinations. It is suitable for a wide operating temperature range. Through special treatment, the inner surface of the tube is very smooth, which allows uniform spraying of high-quality coagulant. The blood sample will come into full contact with the coagulant and will clot in 5-8 minutes. A high-quality serum is thus obtained after subsequent centrifugation, free from cracking of blood corpuscles, hemolysis, separation of fibrinic proteins, etc. Therefore, the serum can meet the requirements of rapid and emergency clinical testing.

Complete clot retraction time: 20-25 minutes Centrifugation speed: 3500-4000 rpm Centrifugation time: 5 minutes Recommended storage temperature: 4-25 ℃
